I deeply understand what it’s like to feel stuck in the grip of anxiety, when stress and overwhelm make even the smallest tasks feel impossible. Living with anxiety has been both challenging and eye-opening, showing me firsthand how difficult it can be to break free from cycles of overthinking, self-doubt, and perfectionism.
Through my own journey, I have learnt that lasting growth comes from naming anxiety as it arises, recognising thought patterns that keep us stuck, learning to let go of what no longer serves us, and embracing self-compassion. This shift has allowed me to move from merely coping to truly living, creating space for healing, self-trust, and a deeper sense of ease.
