Nurturing Your Inner Journey Through Safe Therapeutic Connection

LIFE IS MESSy.

When we become disconnected from ourselves and the people in our lives, it can lead us to feel anxious, overwhelmed, and isolated. With many of our lasting emotions deriving from the people we relate to, it can be easy to lose oneself in patterns that perpetuate states of discomfort. However, when we invite curiosity to our experience, we can begin to find simple ways to reconnect to what truly matters. Through this process we access a new lens through which we can view ourselves and the relationships we keep, fostering greater awareness, increased resilience, and moments of joy.

Hello, I’m lAURA (SHE/HER)

PACFA Reg. Certified Practising

Experiencing distress and disconnect, I intimately understand the sensation of being paralysed in a passive state of existence. Living with anxiety has been both crippling and enlightening. Through this ongoing experience, I've learnt invaluable lessons in self-compassion and radical acceptance, allowing me to work on patterns of behaviour that shaped me.

Central to my growth are somatic practices that focus on strengthening my awareness of emotions in my body. This practice has been essential in navigating anxiety’s challenges and fostering resilience. As I continue on this journey, I am reminded daily of the transformative power of these teachings, allowing me to embrace life's complexities with softness and grace.

By finding solace (comfort or relief) from distress, one can also experience a state of stillness, where both the mind and body can rest and rejuvenate.
